An oxygen molecule or say free radicals contain odd number of electron in its outer cell, that creates a pairing and while indiscriminately opting each of them, hence, causing a biological damage inside of our body. And then, the need of anti- oxidant comes under stance to stabilise and neutralise these free radicals. However there are other factors also exist which creates the free radical situation, and causes biological damage. These factors are pollution, radiation, excessive smoking which majorly cause free radical in our body.
